Guarantees & Refunds

We care about our reputation and work for long-term relationships. If something went wrong — we'll sort it out and refund you. Below are the specific terms for each product and service type.
SaaS Products & Subscriptions
All SaaS solutions and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, the cost of unused days in the current billing period is refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Exception: if additional work was performed under a separate agreement during the subscription period, that work is non-refundable.
Retainer Support (Developer on Your Team)
The retainer can be cancelled at any time. The cost of unused hours in the current month is refunded at the plan rate.
- Completed hours are billed as performed
- Unused balance is refunded in full
- Bug tracker and task history remain with the client
- Materials handover: within 3 business days after cancellation
If a task was started and partially completed, only actual time spent is charged. Estimates are provided before work begins.
Custom Development
The scope of work is agreed upon before we start. Payment is staged — you pay for delivered results, not upfront for the entire project.
- A stage is considered complete after your sign-off
- If the result doesn't match the agreed spec — we fix it at no charge
- If a fix isn't possible — refund for the undelivered part
- Already accepted stages are non-refundable
Changes to the spec during development are discussed separately and may affect timeline and cost.
Software (Downloadable)
Updaters, launchers and other downloadable software are computer programs. Once the executable has been delivered, the license fee is non-refundable under applicable law.
- Before purchase — demo and full Q&A available
- After payment, before file delivery — full refund
- After download — license fee cannot be refunded
If the software doesn't work as described, we fix it at our expense. This is a warranty correction, not a refund.
Paid support (update subscription) can be cancelled with a refund of the unused balance at any time, regardless of whether the software was downloaded — provided there are legitimate grounds.
Installation & Configuration
Installation and configuration work is paid upon completion. If the result doesn't match what was agreed — we fix it at no charge.
- Acceptance is on your side
- Warranty period: 14 days from acceptance
- Revisions within warranty period: free of charge
- Refund for undelivered work: in full
General Terms
Refunds are issued when there are legitimate grounds: the product or service doesn't match what's described on the site or in the agreed spec. We don't refuse valid claims and don't withhold payment for work that wasn't done or wasn't done properly.
- Submit a claim to l2@l2fast.ru with a description of the issue
- We review requests within 1 business day
- On a valid claim — refund issued on the day the decision is made
- Processing time depends on payment method: typically 1–5 business days
Protection Against Abuse
We're not fraudsters — and we expect the same in return. Refunds are not issued in cases that qualify as abuse: downloading software and requesting a refund without technical grounds, systematic cancellations without cause, or using a product while simultaneously requesting a refund. In any dispute, we're always open to discussion.
